Vallejo’s Playground Is Underway: DAY THREE

The rain arrived about mid-day, but before the drops started falling, volunteers were busy hammering, sawing, hoisting, shoveling, and drilling. The park is really starting to take shape, as the video and these photos show.
It’s supposed to rain for much of the weekend, so we’ll have to see how the wet stuff affects the volunteer crew’s ability to finish on Sunday as planned.
