Benicia Homes Sales For July 2009: Complete List Of Every Home That Sold Last Month

Each month, I publish a complete list of each home that sold in Benicia and Vallejo the previous month. Here’s the complete rundown on Benicia for July, 2009.
A few highlights:
- There were 30 closed home sales in Benicia last month, which is the highest monthly total for the year.
- More than half that total (17) were distress sales (either bank-owned or short sales).
- The least expensive home was a condominium at The Highlands (at the bottom of Cambridge Dr.) , which sold for $110,000.
- The highest priced sale was a single family home on West 2nd St., which sold for $825,000.
- The biggest price change was for a home on West M that closed almost $300,000 below its original asking price.
- The greatest over-asking-price sale was on a townhome at The Terrace (Clearview Cir), which sold for $40,000 more than its original list price.
- The most days-on-market was for that same home on West M that was on the market for almost a year and a half (500 days).
