Meet Rod & Jamie Herman
Real Estate is an industry where many agents learn the ropes by following their mentors. It’s the path of least resistance…and one that’s worked for many. But we’ve never been ones to play follow the leader. Instead, we’ve made a reputation for coming up with fresh, innovative ideas and for finding creative ways to make a bigger impact and create more awareness.
Since 1978, we’ve seen real estate from just about every conceivable angle…with experience in new homes, title, escrow, marketing, advertising, public relations, and of course, the resale market. Because we’ve looked at real estate from so many different vantage points, it gives us a unique perspective and the ability to avoid a lot of last-minute complications. It’s an advantage that helps us and it helps our clients. It’s what we call The Hidden Advantage.
Along the way, we’ve taken steps to increase our market and professional knowledge by taking specialized courses and earning a variety of special designations and honors…all of which, in the end, enables us to serve our clients with a level of skill and expertise that we believe is unparalleled in our market area.
MEET ROD . . .
Rod has been part of the local housing industry since 1982. He has experience as a marketing, advertising and public relations director for a major Bay Area homebuilder, as a branch manager for
a local title and escrow company, and of course, as a successful real estate agent.
He’s known throughout the industry for his creativity, ingenuity, and eye-opening real estate marketing ideas along with his strong negotiating skills. From 1993-2005, he also authored a weekly real estate column in the Benicia Herald. You can even read a selection of those columns on-line.
Rod was also one of the first 500 Realtors nationwide to earn the new E-Pro designation from the National Association of Realtors. He was also the first E-Pro agent in Solano County. And he remains one of but a few Solano County agents who have qualified for this credential, which recognizes those select agents in the U.S. who have mastered the use of internet technology in their businesses.
MEET JAMIE . . .
Jamie meanwhile, spent a number of years in the title and escrow business prior to joining Rod as a practicing real estate agent. She has experience as a marketing representative, an escrow coordinator, and a real estate assistant.
She also is well-known throughout the industry for her attention to detail and for an organizational style that ensures Rod & Jamie’s clients that they’re always kept abreast of what’s happening with their real estate sale.
Together, throughout their careers, they’ve seen real estate from just about every conceivable angle…including new homes, title, escrow, and of course, selling existing homes.
With such a comprehensive real estate background and a Leave-No-Stone-Unturned, Golden-Rule approach to their clients, it’s easy to see why Rod and Jamie’s clients enjoy a unique advantage…one which they call The Hidden Advantage.
